Find Peace Where
Nature and Water Meet
Our journey began in the ice-cold Free State winter of July 2020, when the first pillars were planted deep into the ground, marking the beginning of something special. Despite the cold, our vision for a unique accommodation experience by the Wilge River took shape. From those humble beginnings, we built a container house surrounded by the beauty of nature, offering a peaceful escape where the sound of the river and the open skies connect you with the raw, serene landscape of the Free State. What started as a dream now stands as a haven for those seeking comfort and calm.

Enjoy canoeing, fishing, bird watching, and swimming during the day and unwind by the boma with a peaceful evening of stargazing. Explore scenic trails on horseback, by bike, or on foot with your dog. For those seeking tranquility, curl up with a good book next to the soothing sound of the stream. Whatever you choose, nature is your playground.
